If you need to cancel your registration more than 14 days before the class start date, we’re able to refund your fee minus a $25 administrative fee per order. Please note, coffee club is not included in this policy and if you cancel within 48 hours (the time it takes for pastry to ferment!), you will not be refunded so get another pal to take your spot!

Cancellations made within 14 days of the class start date are non-refundable.

At this time, we’re not able to offer course credit or transfers to another class. You are welcome to transfer your spot to another participant.

This policy helps us honour the time, preparation, materials, and income that go into each offering—many of our instructors rely on this work as part of their livelihood. It also allows us to keep courses accessible and sustainable for everyone, especially as start dates approach.

If Solsken Folk School needs to cancel a class (for example due to weather or unforeseen circumstances), you will receive a full refund and, where possible, the option to reschedule.
