For this workshop, we will be knitting Isobel Kraemer's Humulus sweater. You will learn how to read a pattern and colourwork charts, ensure your sweater turns out the correct size, how to knit two-handed Fair Isle, basic troubleshooting, useful techniques, and more!
We will have three in-person classes over six weeks, and I'll be available for one-on-one help in between. This should provide you with enough support and time to get you all of the way through to completion!
In-person dates are Saturday afternoons, 12-4, on April 11, 25, and May 9.
This class is for advanced beginner and intermediate knitters. You must be able to knit, purl, cast on and off, and knit in the round.
Materials Needed:
Pattern: Humulus by Isobel Kraemer, available on Ravelry. Please bring a paper copy and a pen, or have it on a laptop/tablet. Access it here: https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/humulus-2
Yarn: Two colours of worsted/Aran weight yarn in the amount needed for your chosen size. Please reach out if you need help with this!
Needles: 16 and 32" circular needles, sizes US 5 (3.75 mm) and 6 (4 mm)
* A note on needles: I recommend getting interchangeable needles. You may not get the correct gauge with size US 6, and may need to get another size (or two). You can also get cheap needles at Walmart.

Scissors
Darning needle
Minimum 3 participants, maximum 6.
